I have never actually tried the water flavourings....... Do you have them as your prefer them than drinking just water..
Am I missing something that I could be enjoying lol

The reason I have it, is to help me get the water down. I manage my 1st litre ok, but struggle with 2nd, so a teaspoon of flavouring keeps me on the straight and narrow!

Worth a try sweetie !

My CDC gave me a a bit to try first and I'm glad she did as I'm not keen. It's very sickly despite only using half the recommended amount (I've only tried the berry flavour yet).

I'm sticking to plain water :waterbottle::waterbottle:

I found it very sickly too - so I add half a teaspoon to the same amount of water and that made it drinkable. Orange reminded me of orange/lemon sherbet. Berry is a little bit weird - again, sickly if you make it as directed... but I have no idea what type of berry it's supposed to be!

I haven't had the water flavorings yet as i am only on my first week and i am not allowed them till week 3. But i might try the orange flavor as i like orange, and i guess its just like drinking orange cordial isn't it?? I tryed a sip of my friends summer berry flavor before i started CD and i found it a bit sickly.

I dont like the orange as water flavouring but as jelly its good, worth a try!!

i have the berry one it ok i don't use it all the time but it is nice to have around for a chnage
