Hiya im attempting to do a fish week but not sure i'm doing it right so i'm going to do a food diary. For minimins that have previously done a fish week could you please tell me if i'm going in the right direction:confused:

BREAKFAST
Weetabix (hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa), tea with skimmed milk (hexa)

SNACKS
Satsuma
2 savours salt and cracked pepper bakes (3 syns)
3 savours sweet chilli thins (3 syns)
Philidelphia lite, sweet chilli (2 syns)

LUNCH
Home made soup with salmon and cucumber. Home made soups had, onions, carrots, mushrooms, yellow pepper, tomatoes and lentils.

DINNER
Seabass with buttery smash and mushrooms.

SNACKS
Melon
Weetabix Oaty bars, milk choc (3 1/2 syns)

Yes I dont like milk so dont have the full amount even after having it on my weetabix and tea. Sometimes i have a babybel if i know i havent had enough milk x

Had an ok day but i really hope all this fish pays off on weigh day on monday!

Right comp crashed yesterdays so couldnt do my diary so here it is x

Weigh in today and dont feel like i have lost the 2lbs that i need to get a stone award. I couldnt face fish last night so that why i had the liver but i think i had too much! I had a sneaky peak on scales and it shows a 1 1/2lb loss but there is a pound difference between my scales and sw scales so in reality i think i have only lost 1/2lb:cry:

Won't eat anything now untill weigh in at 5:30 xx

Right had a really bad week so going to have a speedy week where i will try and eat as much speed food as i can. Going to make a batch of superspeed soup and eat that everyday for lunch until weigh in and have a mainly superspeed fishy dinners x
