Hiya im attempting to do a fish week but not sure i'm doing it right so i'm going to do a food diary. For minimins that have previously done a fish week could you please tell me if i'm going in the right direction
BREAKFAST
Weetabix (hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa), tea with skimmed milk (hexa)
SNACKS
Satsuma
2 savours salt and cracked pepper bakes (3 syns)
3 savours sweet chilli thins (3 syns)
Philidelphia lite, sweet chilli (2 syns)
LUNCH
Home made soup with salmon and cucumber. Home made soups had, onions, carrots, mushrooms, yellow pepper, tomatoes and lentils.
DINNER
Seabass with buttery smash and mushrooms.
SNACKS
Melon
Weetabix Oaty bars, milk choc (3 1/2 syns)
