Does anyone know the Syn Value of a 3g satchet of SAFRONSA PAELLA SEASONING, been trying to find it but to no avail.

You could always do the 1 syn per 20 calories.

According to Amazon, these are the ingredients:
Sweet paprika, pepper, turmeric, bay leaf, garlic, thyme and saffron.

If that's true - as there's no sugar or oil to add syns, I would just treat it as herbs and spices which are free.
