saggy bits

    hi people
    altho im glad im going to try and loose hopefully in the region of 6/7 stone im really worried about all the flabby bits that are going to appear any suggestion on what exercise to do and when to start doing it without passing out as they tell you not to do any big exercise rite away due to massive drop in calories plz help xxxxxxxxxx oh and how doi get a glitter signiture xx:confused:

    lots of moisturiser, firming cream,bio oil etc will help. But tbh its a matter of time, the skin takes longer to 'catch up' with the weight you have lost, sometimes 18 months plus depending how saggy the skin becomes.
    Exercise such as pilates, yoga will also help you, this can be started any time during the diet because it isnt cariovascular exercise.

    I found callanetics brilliant for toning and get some tone back on loose skin..you can get a DVD for a few quid on Ebay....
