sainsbury reduced fat cheddar healthy extra?

does anyone know if this reduced fat cheddar would be ok as healthy extra a on extra easy? calories for 30g is 92 which seems high for reduced fat cheese thanks x

the book says 45g for any reduced fat cheddar is a HEA so I'd as yes
it doesn't state that it has to be a certain brand x
