Sainsbury's Basics Ham

Sorry if this is already elsewhere on the forum, it is my first day of slimming world following my first meeting last night.

I did a massive shop earlier in Sainsbury's and purchased Sainsbury's Basics Ham as I thought it would be free but now I am doubting myself. Is it free?! If not does anybody know how many syns?

I have tried to look on the website but can't find this information.

And also if it is not free where can I buy cheap ham that is?

Ive just looked online and the only basics ham I can see it canned which is free (never knew this!).
I buy the small packets of ham from Sainsburys think they're 70g each (none in to check!) they re 2 for £1 and free (for the smoked and wafer thin), nice tasting to!
