Does anyone happen to know the syn value for sainsbury's basics lemon curd - it's not in the directory.

Also, does anyone know how to calculate syn values using nutritional information?

i cant find it but in basic foods it says 1 tsp is half if that helps but it said that about lowfat jam yet the one i had worked out at 1.5
