    Just had the BGTY natural one, and had a panic attack after!!
    Why is the normal natural one synned tho, still trying to get my head around it :( xx

    Which normal one? I posted all the Sainsburys cottage cheeses that came up and the normal one is free. Or is there another one that isn't listed?


    EDIT: OK Ive found this oen which isn't on the list for some reason :confused: It has 4.8g fat and 2g sugar per 100g so I expect one or both of those is the reason it's synned (1 syn per 100g) Is that the one you meant?
