Just been in Sainsburys during work as forgot to pick my lunch up and spotted a fruit salad section next to their usual salad. There were strawberries and grapes, melon chunks and mixed berries, it didn't say in the label whether the fruit was tinned or fresh does anyone know??? Also had low fat yoghurt to go ontop it was divine but now worried I've gone over my syns!!!
