You get these in bags of 4 in the section where you buy freshly baked cookies etc. I have no idea of the syn value, I look at the SW website on their calculator but had no joy, and there is not a calorie info panel on the packaging either. Any ideas? I have called it 10 sysn, but it's a guess.....................
