Hi All. Just wondering if anyone can help me with the syn values of a few veggie items from Sainsburys (got tempted by the wide range of choice compared to other supermarkets lol).

Sainsburys Fried Chicken Style Fillets
(1 steak cal 274, fat 13.8g, sat fat 1.1g, salt 1.10g, total sugars 1.0g)

Sainsburys Taste the Difference Nut Roast with Feta
(1 roast cal 310, fat 18.5g, sat fat 3.9g, salt 0.75g, total sugars 2.6g)

Sainsburys Taste the Difference Sweetflamed Pepper & Goats Cheese Bake
(1 serving 244 cal, fat 10.8g, sat fat 3.9g)

Sainsburys Basics Chicken Style Burgers - don't have info to hand sorry

Have this horrible feeling that they may be high and will be saved for Christmas treats :sigh:

Many thanks

Sorry I cant find any of those names on syns online. To calculate it we need:

Calories (per 100g or per portion)
Protein
Carbohydrates (total, not just sugars)
Fat (total, not just saturates)
Portion size if not per 100g

And also the top ingredient on the list

OK going by this the fillets are 6½ Syns each

The nut roast is 31 Syns for the whole thing

And the cheese bake is 19½ Syns for the whole thing
