Salad Dressings

I tried this diet last yr and remember having a low carb meal.

I'm thinking of giving it ago again but jst wondering if i had chicken and salad for my meal could i have a salad dressing, if so which one? X

I think there isnt much, might be worth asking the online help on the s&s website.
tbh I add a splash of oil to salad, its fat and calories but not carbs, just a matter of considering the calories.

I was reading online this afternoon and you can only have salad lite ( the makers of fry lite)
