2 Tablespoons of:
asparagus
broccoli
cabbage
cauli
celery
courgette
cucumber
lettuce
mushrooms
spinach

That is two in total - not 2 of them all LOL

I had an unexpected dinner tonight and had a chicken breast and quite a lot of lettuce and cabbage, am likely to go out of ketosis

Why can't u have peas or sweetcorn? Or carrots ect

But would what I ate kick me out of ketosis and affect my weight loss? xxx

I don't honestly know but it was still a much better option than the chicken tikka, rice and naan bread that I had on Friday night pre CD!

Too late now anyway! See how you feel tomorrow and try and remember how bad you feel now. X
