    how strict are you all with your salad/veggies?

    Do you really weigh 2 x 15g?

    My CDC just be sensible and have a small salad with whats allowed (so def a bit more than what the book says!)

    I have made a small one to go with my chicken but it is def more than the 2 x 15g/tablespoons the book says but still no where near what i would usually have as a small salad!

    am weighing out my salad 30g of salad i weigh out my chicken 170g sprinkle some dried chives and chilli powder on and if eaten slowly is a very filling meal.

    thanks it really helps to see it. i don't weigh mine but i don't eat alot of veg.
    i think we should have more pics of what people eat

    Make the palm of your hand into a tiny bowl. If it fits into that underthe line that your thumb makes, you're fine, if it's spilling over, you've gone too far!

    for those without Facebook i have uploaded some pictures to photobucket there's a picture of me taken in may thats going to be my b4 picture and a few pictures of some of the weighed meals i have had so far.

    Yeah I weigh out my foods before I cook it 170g chicken 230g fish 30g salad throw on some chives and chilli powder and uve got urself a tasty meal.

    Thanks for the photos, the salad looks bigger than what ive been having so i dont feel so bad now. never thought id say i feel bad for eating too much lettuce!!
