Salami free on red day?

I know pastrami is but is salami free?

My book is slightly out of date, but this is what it says for salamifor 28gDanish 5.5 syns, French 3 syns, German 3 syns, Italian 3.5 syns (this is for EE and Original, obviously more on Green)Just have a look at a piece of salami - all those white bits? That's fat. Sorry!

I thought it was. my lil girl was eaten some and forgot how much i liked it. just needed to be reassured its bad for me so i will stop nibbling on hers.
