    Snack - Graze "the firecracker" - pp2

    Lunch - Crimbles Corn Crispbreads - pp11
    2 triangles Dairylea Light - pp1

    Snack - Graze Orange & Ginger Flapjack - pp7

    Tea Homemade Bolognaise Sauce - pp5 & new potatoes - pp4

    Snack: Custard Creams - pp4

    Coffee: 2 mug

    Ooops, used a few more points than I expected yesterday - the corm crakers that I had for lunch were twice as many as i thought and I didn't have anything else with me (won't have them again!)

    Thursday 24th November

    Breakfast - large bowl of fruit salad (peach, pear, banana, pineapple & apple) - pp0

    Snack - Small pot of houmous & carrot sticks - pp4

    Lunch - Left Over Homemade Bolognaise Sauce - pp4

    Snack - Graze "Yin & Yang" - pp6

    Bit out of date with diaries - sick husband & son to blame for lack of time!! Have stayed within points though
