Salmon and shiritaki noodles

Oh my days! This was LUSH!

1 x salmon fillet
1/2 small onion chopped
shritaki noodles
soy sauce

cook salmon in a bain marie (salmon wrapped in tin foil, then put in a casserole dish of water in oven)
dry fry onion in a wok
Drain and rinse shiritaki noodles (drain and rinse very well!)
Add noodles to onions and add a bit soy sauce, stir fry

This was so delicious, I had to keep checking it was allowed!

You gotta try it!

Where do you buy your noodles? Everywhere I look they seem hideously expensive ....!

I get mine either from a local Chinese food store (look in the fridge area) or off Amazon - good deal on there for 12 packets for £20, so works out cheaper. They are totally amazing, 10 cals per serving and 0 carbs, and they taste like noodles! Going to try the shirataki rice next I think!
