Salmon Sauce and pasta

Made this last night with pasta it was delicious

1/4pt stock made with Chicken bovril
255g quark
small shake of dill
juice of 1/2 lemon
100g salmon (cut into strips)
salt
pepper

Put chicken stock and quark into saucepan and heat gently until warmed thru and smooth

Remove pan from heat and stir in dill, lemon juice and salmon strips

Add salt and black pepper use immediately

I then poured the pasta in and coated.
