I've been putting chilli powder and a bit of salt - no idea why they say 'no' to it and it doesnt appear to be affecting my loss - 3 stone in 8 weeks, can't stomach the soup without it!
I know, but I do drink a lot of water anyway so it flushes it out, never seem to retain it now - I actually only have the soup about once a week, stick to shakes almost all the time Lost another 5 this week - sooo happy!
For 2 weeks I've had nothing but shakes, this evening I tried my first chicken soup and its amazing! Just the way it is, except maybe needing a blender! It almost tastes like real food
