salt in the chicen soup

can ay one tell me if u can add salt to the chicken soup i no pepper is allowed but not sure on salt?????

I have been adding chilli powder.... Not sure if allowed but it tastes better lol.

I worry about adding salt mainly because it makes you retain water well it does to me x

Hi all. Im afraid you're NOT allowed salt in your soup at all. NO SALT what so ever!
Nor chilli powder lol
You CAN add pepper to your soup though. xxx

I have just been putting pepper in mine no salt or chilli powder x its not to bad without anything i dont think. Its like a chicken cuppa soup lol x

I've been putting chilli powder and a bit of salt - no idea why they say 'no' to it and it doesnt appear to be affecting my loss - 3 stone in 8 weeks, can't stomach the soup without it!

I know, but I do drink a lot of water anyway so it flushes it out, never seem to retain it now - I actually only have the soup about once a week, stick to shakes almost all the time Lost another 5 this week - sooo happy!

For 2 weeks I've had nothing but shakes, this evening I tried my first chicken soup and its amazing! Just the way it is, except maybe needing a blender! It almost tastes like real food

Its great isnt i have started not putting anything in it. I use a bowl n spoon lol x x
