i'll just tell you a bit about myself .... i will be turning 24 in July and weigh about 19st 4lb... not good i know...

Tried lipotrim for a few days but it wasnt for me and felt physically sick
i know have made the choice of starting calorie counting...
Does anyone know how many calories i should have a day to lose weight?
Also one of the regular meal i have is grilled chicken kebab with loads of salad but have no idea how many calories it has?? can anyone help??
and last how do you set up a ticker?
