Decided to do this mainly so I can see my progress and putting it down for others to see will help me stick to plan! I am adding my daily exercise on too because I'm aiming to get fit enough to do the Great East Swim next year to raise money for the children's cancer charity who have been so supportive to my son and our family when he got ill.
So here goes....

Green Day

Breakfast:
1 Hifi light bar (heB), apple

Lunch:
Pasta, half tub lowlow cheese spread (heA), spring onions, mushrooms, sweetcorn
Toffee Muller light with chopped banana

Dinner:
Two slices 400g wholemal bread (heB), 30g cheese (heA), cucumber
Clementine, other hifi light bar (heB)

Syns: Butter-2, french fries crisps-4

Exercise: 1 hours walking in total, 16 laps of swimming pool
 
Green day

Breakfast Banana, hifi bar (heB)

Lunch
Leftover pasta from yesterday, ryvita minis (heB), babybel (heA)

Dinner
Mushroom omlette made with fry light, salad (lettuce, radish, cucumber), strawberries with strawberry Muller light

Snacks
Babybel (heA) clementine

Syns
2 hash browns-4

Exercise: An hours walking approx. 12k on exercise bike.
 
Been working so not had time to update but here is todays diary all planned.

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast:
Strawberry mullerlight, strawberries.

Lunch:
2 slices 400g wholemeal bread (heB), 30g grated cheese (heA), beetroot, pickled onions. Apple.

Dinner:
Mushroom stir fry, egg noodles, chicken.

Snacks:
Grapes

Syns:
Sweet chilli stir fry sauce-2, butter-2, quavers-4.5

Exercise:
1 hours walking. 13k exercise bike.
 
Green Day

Breakfast:

Toffee mullerlight, apple

Lunch:
Mushrooms with chopped parsley and garlic on toast (heB), satsuma

Dinner:
SW spinach and ricotta pasta, grapes

Snacks: Hifi light bars x2

Syns:
Butter-2, walkers sunbites-6

Exercise:
13k exercise bike

Sw chips, baked beans, fried mushrooms, 2 fried eggs. Apple.

Dinner:
Leftover spinach and ricotta pasta from last night.

Snacks:
Babybel (heA), ryvita minis (heB)

Syns:
Ketchup-1, 4 cheese thins-4

Exercise:

Jog around the park approx 3k

Work today, 12 hour shift so have had to really plan my food for the day.

Green day

Breakfast:
Mullerlight toffee, hifi light bar (heB)

Lunch:
Grated cheese and beetroot sandwich (heA), satsuma, hifi light (heB)

Dinner:
Low low tricolor pasta (heA) with peppers, mushrooms and sweetcorn. Red grapes.

Syns:
Walkers sunbites-6, butter-2

Exercise:
Walk to work and back 30 mins
 
Not been on for a few days. Work as usual.

Extra Easy day

Breakfast:
Muller light

Lunch:
Salad consisting of ham, boiled eggs, beetroot, cheese (heA), pickled onions. Grapes.

Dinner:
Having a treat tonight as not had one for ages and going for chinese food. I will have plain boiled rice and chicken curry because it's all I really like and I will only eat half. No idea how to syn the curry so will put 30 syns to be safe.

Snacks:
Hifi bar (heB), satsuma

Syns:
Chicken curry-30?

Exercise:
3 mile run around the lake.
