    Day 1 9th sept 09

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix a cup of green tea.

    Lunch - 42gms lowfat chedder green
    salad with carrots,celery,apple
    & 14gms rasins.strawberry
    mullerlight.

    Dinner - Homemade sunshine kebabs
    diced chicken with natural yogurt
    and tandoori spice on skewers
    with plum toms,onions,pepers &
    pineapple.served with a salad.

    snacks - A small banana a few fridge
    raders and 1 go ahead buscuit.

    HxA - 250mls semi skimmed milk
    HxA - 42gms lowfat chedder.
    HxB - 2 weetabix.

    Drinks - Water
    Syns - 14gms rasins 2 syns.
    - a go ahead buscuit 3 syns.

    Total syns - 5 :D

    Breakfast - aboild egg on a slice of wholemeal bread an apple cup of nettle & pepermint tea.


    Lunch - 28gms cream cheese on 4 rivita with ham tomatoes & cucumber.cranberry mullerlight.


    Dinner - Prawn stir fry

    snacks - A small banana ,a pack of walkers crips, handfull of grapes,homemade chicken kebab.

    HxA - 28gms of cream cheese
    HxA - 250ml semi skimmed milk.
    HxB - a slice of wholemeal bread..
    HxB - rivitas

    Drinks - Water
    Syns - walkers crips (9 syns), butter LTS (2 syns)

    Total syns - 11 :D

    Breakfast - porridge with a bowl of berries a cup of green tea.


    Lunch - Ham & boilded egg salad. mullerlight

    Dinner - kippers new potatoes & peas.

    snacks - handfull of grapes an apple an orange a few fridge
    raders and 2 go ahead buscuit.A pack of skips.

    HxA - 250mls semi skimmed milk
    HxA -
    HxB - porridge
    HxB - boiled baby new potatoes 198gms

    Drinks - Water
    Syns - pack of skips 4.5 syns
    - 2 go ahead buscuits 6 syns.28gms peas 1 syn

    Total syns - 11.5 :D
