    150ml semi skimmed milk (HOA)

    Lunch:
    Chicken and Mushroom pasta n sauce (Free)
    100ml semi skimmed milk (2.5 syns)
    Banana (Free)
    Orange (Free)

    Dinner:
    Baked potato (Free)
    Cheddar cheese (HOA)
    Low fat soft cheese- 35g (2 Syns)
    Peppers (Free)
    Onions (Free)

    Snacks:
    3 Hovis Nimble bread (HOB)
    Flora extra light (3 syns)

    Total Syns: 7.5
