Day 1

Breakfast - shredded wheat & skimmed milk

Lunch - tuna lettuce and pepper salad with new potatoes and balsamic vinegar 50ml ( 1pp)

Dinner - whole wheat pasta with passata

Snack - grapes / bowl of cereal
