Hi guys!

I'm 26 and I've been doing ww since new year and I have lost 21.5lbs! Last week I did Simply Filling for a week and it was easy to stick too but it felt like I was eating less and I do lots of exercise so I am back to propoints! I thought I'd have a diary! ;)

My weight loss so far

Week 1 -3.3lb
Week 2 -2.8lb
Week 3 -2.5lb
Week 4 -1.6lb
Week 5 -3lb
Week 6 -1lb
Week 7 -1.2lb
Week 8-1.4lb
Week 9 -2.1lb
Week 10 - 1.1lb
Week 11 -1.4lb

Okay so tomorrow's menu;

Day 3 (wednesday) 27 weeklies left

Breakfast - curiously cinnamon (3pp) milk (1pp)
Snack - apple
Lunch - wrap (3pp) ham (1pp) salad, velvet rice crackers (2pp)
snack - olives (4pp) ww cookies (2pp)
Dinner - pizza (12pp) salad

Weights 2pp

Aww at least you've started it now,I've been thinking of getting some wraps.Am bored of lunchtime sandwiches and salads lol

The ones in tesco are similar calorie to ww ones so over the light choices!
I prefer wraps or pitta to bread! Always have
 
Thanks for the heads up with the wraps,I like pitta bread aswell,lol bout the Philli choc,it's seems a popular choice on the site hehe!

A day off exercise for me!
Exercise gained so far this week = 49
 
Okay I have an aim for next week!

I am not fat and need to shake this negative body image! As I still see myself as big!

My aim is to get in my tankini and go swimming or jaqcuzi at my gym!

I'm always too self conscious to go! But I guess I need to show off my toned running legs!

It might sound silly to some, but I love swimming and have been too scared to go for so long! But I'm healthy weight now, so to other people I can't look fat, even if I think I am!

Dinner- yummy homemade wedges in oven now, made with 1 potato and 1 teaspoon olive oil 8pp 2 sausages 8pp

I'm going to try that in the week,am trying out different foods/ideas since rejoining WW and this site is great for ideas.

Weigh in tomorrow woop! I love weigh in Monday's! Puts me in good mood for week! Not gained yet but I guess that could have the opposite effect!

The other week I made a pizza using a tortilla wrap!

I just put tomato purée on, veg an ham! And then a small amount of chees 30g I think

It tasted great!
