Well I thought it was about time i started this off...
I've just finished my first week at SW and so far I think it's fab! :cool:

Had a few hiccups to start with, as i didnt realise i was supposed to have only one red and one green choice for meals (as well as super free foods) It just does not say it in the books.

Well, besides my little mess up, I'm extremely pleased with my 5lb loss :eek:
I have started using the food diary on the SW website, and it is honestly stupid proof :8855:
No more mess ups for me, and lets just hope i can get this weight off...and KEEP IT OFF ;)

Ooooops! Well after i said yesterday that there will be no more hiccups....i spoke too soon.
I've been out shopping all day, bought some bits and bobs to make syn free meat balls in tomato sauce, i got peckish around lunch time and my feet took me into Subway of all places!

Before i knew it i had my chops around a 6" Tuna on wheat bread, with salad, (no cheese and no mayo added on extra) I thought everything would be ok!!
I've just got home now and added it to my online food diary.... and eek! :eek: 16 syns for one sandwich!!!

arrrgh.
I'll have to be really good for the next few days, or knock out a few more kilometres on my bike! :(
