Sarah's 'New' Food Diary!

    Right ladies and gents, I am back on track now but I think I need to start doing a food diary again. So here we are...

    Today is a RED day

    Breakfast:
    - 2 Boiled Eggs
    - Bacon (No fat)
    - 2 Slices WM Bread (HexB)

    Mid Morning:
    - 2 Mini Babybel cheeses (HexA)

    Lunch:
    - SW Quiche with Salad

    Mid Afternoon:
    - Apple / Satsuma's / Strawberries

    Dinner:
    - Very Lean Beef Escalopes in a stir fry (Nice and light for this lovely summers day)

    ** I have room for another HexB so may have 2 Alpen lights when I get home**
