Hi everyone! I've decided to do a diary to help me keep on track. It's so easy to fall off the wagon and I really can't this time as I've over 4 stone to lose. I've been doing SW for 3 weeks and lost 10lb so far. My weigh in day is a Monday and I'm doing this from home.

Breakfast

Strawberries and grapes mixed with a shape 0% yoghurt

Lunch
Tomato pasta and sauce with grated cheese (hex a)

Dinner

SW fish and chips (200g rustic chips) and mushy peas = 4 syns

Snacks

Carrot and celery sticks with tbsp of hummus (2 syns)
2 x cauldron falafals (1 syn)
2 alpen bars (hex b)
Options vanilla hot choc ( 2 syns)
Tiny dairy milk bar (4 syns)

Total syns for today - 13 syns
 
Today's diary! I had a takeaway for tea and it wasn't great. Definitely not worth the 9 syns. I normally make my own SW chow mein and it's only 2 syns but we have had the kitchen floor tiled today and can't really go in there, cooking. Disappointed!

Weetabix and skimmed milk with a tsp of sweetener (hex a & b)

Lunch

Baked potato (1 syn as was a frozen one) with beans and side salad

Dinner

Chicken chow mein and rustic chips (9 syns)

Snacks

Today has been a green day. Tried some new veggie sausages and they were amazing!

Weigh in this morning! I've lost half a pound this week. I expected to STS as I went out for an all you can eat Italian meal last week and ate loads of pasta and garlic bread! Oops! So half a pound in the right direction is good! So 10.5lb down in 4 weeks. Chuffed!!

Today has been an EE day. Been a bit stressed as my little boy has tonsillitis and has been quite unwell, took all my strength not to turn to chocolate or wine this evening!!

Haven't updated for a few days but just wanted to say I've just weighed in and lost 1.5lb this week! That's 12.5lb in 5 weeks. Chuffed! Going for the stone next week! Will be back later to update my diary.
