I think this must be the fifth diary I have done on here. Really feel on the zone this time though and I want to keep it that way. I joined a group and I have lost 8 and a half pound so far - yay! I am following the extra easy plan and have about 1 stone 2lbs to lose to hit target

Breakfast
1 bag of cheese oddities 5.5 suns (proper random breakfast)

Lunch
Bread (b) 1 egg in fry light and a ton of baked beans
