Hi everyone, I've been trying to figure out my place in this forum for months now. I've been in slimming world, weight watchers and most recently slim and save. I thought I couldn't be trusted with food so the best option would be total meal replacement. The problem is there's only a handful of the things I ordered that I can actually stomach.
I need to find something that works for me and I need to find it quickly. I know what to do to lose weight, my problem is finding the will power to stick something out. My weight has yo-yo'd from between 11st and 14st 7lb since I was approx 18, 10 years on and I am currently at 13st 6lb. I have gained 13lbs since my wedding and honey moon in may and I feel awful for it. I'm under no illusion that I can get down to 8, 9 even 10 stone but id be very happy with 10.7-11st.
My plan now is too go onto a calorie controlled eating plan where I have approx 12-1300 cals per day (not torturing myself if this climbs to 1500 some days). I'm trying to think of this as a way of living rather than a restricted diet where I'm always hungry. For now I plan on havin the odd slim and save bar and shake in with my daily calories, mainly to prevent me wasting a lot of money then eating healthy meals with the odd low cal treat dotted here and there.
I always plan to do some exercise when I can. I used to do insanity and go to the gym, now the most exercise I get is walking from the car into work and back. My husband has been walking the pooch but I went with them yesterday and felt so much better for it. Anyway less waffling, food for today
