Skimmed milk-half on coffees throughout the day

Melon and grapes

Half jacket potato
Tuna with onion, sweet corn and balsamic vinegar
Baby lettuce leaves

Nectarine and pink lady apple

Chilli with quorn mince
Tinned toms, mushrooms, onions, baked beans

FF Greek yoghurt with grapes

Unsure what to have for tea or whether to have any sins. Wi update tomoro.
 
Ah your jokin! Someone on here said they were and I got excited and bought a huge box. Going to eat them this week and see if I lose. Thank you x

Update

Also had yoghurt with strawberries and grapes and a frys cream for an additional 10 syns, so 14 syns for the day. I'm also about to eat a mug shot, I know I shouldn't be eating this late but I'm starving and it's better than a 12 inch pizza I suppose!

Day 4 of Sw and I've had to come home from work with sickness bug. Then once everything had calmed down I became so hungry. I have majorly fell off the wagon tonight, then I've ate the wagon! Going to have to draw a line and get back on track tomorrow! Great start!
 
Friday 26th July

Desperately trying to get back on track before weigh in at home Sunday morning.

Food today is what I was supposed to eat yesterday hopefully! I've substituted banana on toast for boiled egg on toast.
