hi i have tried slimming world many times before but i am def enjoying it this time. i think it is because i have different reasons for losing this time, i had a son very very premature last yr and he has survived soo many problems. it just made me think i can do something as simply as lose weight and dont want to be a fat mum.

Have been 100% this week apart from a meal at brewsters which was around 20 syns so five syns over one day but had only had 6 the day before and rarely have over 12.
Any tips on how to increase from 1lb a week?
