.... absolutely stunned that I lost 9lbs in my first week! That is insane! So I've got my 5% and first silver 7 under my belt now. I really feel that propoints suits me to a T!!

Thank you! I am really chuffed! I found the week great. On the Monday I went out for a meal and dug into the first of my propoints (about 15 or so) and then on Fri had a few drinks and had a few then. I think I had about 17 left by the WI which I've now polished off with a Chinese! Yum!
