I decided to join Slimming world online on Monday. I went it alone last time and managed to lose 2 stones. I then fell pregnant and so stopped completely. Unfortunately I suffered a miscarriage a year ago Monday and have struggled to lose the weight I gained since. I made the decision to try again as I have just over 3 months to try to slim down for my wedding. So here I go again...

Jacket Potato with Baked Beans, teaspoon of soft cheese and Celery
Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
Orange
Tea -
Ham, Cottage Cheese & Salad
Grapes
Weight Watchers Dessert Recipe Yoghurt
Drinks -
2 cups of tea with sweetener
2 pints of low cal squash
HexA = Milk (125ml)
HexB = Bran Flakes (30g)
Syns = Low Fat Yoghurt (2) Soft Cheese (3) = 5
