    Hello all, running a bit behind!

    B: Porridge HE B

    L: Veggie, noodle & quorn pieces stir fry
    MA: fruit salad with muller light

    D: Jerk chicken, rice HE B, "fried" plantains, salad

    S: fruit, chocolate 5 syns
    E: 33 min run, 19 min walking
    W: 3 litres water/herbal tea

    I usually have OSS at work just for the convenience or jordan's organic stuff at home on the hob
