Lunch: JP with cheese (hexa) mixed with chopped onion and LF salad cream(syn)
EM: Spicy quorn curry and rice
Nibbles: Baked chick peas and other free food
Syns: white wine and as above.

Having a 'good' Saturday - aim to keep it that way.
