    Hi all, sounds like there have been great losses all around the board. Well done!!!

    I am doing a mixed day today

    B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, tea with skim milk (HE A)
    MM: fruit salad, mullerlight
    L: 1 slice toast (HE B), beans, anchor lighter spread 3 syns, laughing cow light (HE A)
    S: 1 ryvita (HE B), 1 lc lite, carrot sticks
    D: Cheesy chips (using tats and bns), bacon 3 syns and salsa 1.5 syns, side salad

    7.5 syns
    2 litres water
    exercise 1 hour walking
