Sauces or dressings?

Yep - the best thing to do is to check the calorie and carb level and then cosider whether you can have it. All herbs are ok and spicies are fine as long as they don't have added sugar. You can also have stuff like tabasco sauce, worcester sauce, soy sauce and such like. Not tomato sauce or brown sauce though as they're full of sugar.
