Sausages - opinions?

Hello lovely Dukaners,

I'd appreciate your wisdom here. Am considering the purchase of some sausages...if they are good enough! What do you think of these?

Be Good To Yourself Cumberland Pork Sausages
Per 100g: 2.6g fat, 9.5g carb, 1g salt.
Per sausage: 1.3g fat, 4.8g carb, 0.5 salt.

Do you reckon they'd be OK?

Sorry - 10% carb is not suitable for Dukan at all.

OK - thank you. No food is worth screwing up my weight loss! What percentage carb would you consider acceptable?

The safest rule is NO ADDED CARBS - so fresh and frozen meat with no additives is the best way to go.

When i fancy something "sausagelike" I make mini sausage-shapes out of turkey-mince, seasoned with black pepper and thyme, (or chilli and garlic) and dry fry them.

Ooh, sounds brililiant! Would make a variation from my beloved meatballs, too. Thank you, this forum is such a help!

i made the sweet chilli sauce to go with the koftas, it went down a treat in our house, ive started to collect recipes to try and keep them all in a file, i made diet coke chicken for tea tonight absolutely gorgeous, deffo recommend. Cx
