Im confused about the deal with sausages on a red/extra easy day, can I have them?? Can I not??!

I have some low fat ones from asda, and I love a fry up on a sunday but im unsure whether it's ok for me to have? I have a better appetite now so the diet is back on for now!! yay!:jelous:

You can't have normal, full fat sausages unless you syn them.

Morrisons eat smart pork are the best choice as they're syn free, but most of the supermarkets do a diet own brand sausage that are just half or one syn each. Those are fine to have on EE and red days.

ahhhh That makes sense, so the morrisons ones are free? hmm I'll see if i can go there soon, the asda ones are reduced fat so..if they're 1 or 1/2 a point not so bad i guess
