Sausages?

I know this has probably been asked loads of times but the posts I saw were old and the syn values have changed.
What are the best sausages to have on slimming world?
I read the sainsburys be good to yourself Cumberland sausages are nice but I don't really go to sainsburys.
Are the tesco healthy living ones any good?
Or can you recommend any others?

The Tesco Healthy Living Cumberland sausages are only 1 syn each and are really nice.

If you're close to an Iceland then you can buy the SW sausages, which are free. I'm not overly keen on the plain ones but I've heard that the new pork and leek ones are really nice and can be used to make excellent Scotch eggs! There were some pork and beef Italian ones in there a while ago, which were quite nice but I think they were limited edition. Not sure if they still do them.
