saving healthy Extra

Sorry I know I have seen this title before but can't find it doing a search. Was doing green day yesterday and by bed time realised I only ate....one he for my toast, small amounts pasta and homemade soup. Clearly not a lot or enough. Does this mean I can eat Extra he's today?
 
No it's use them or lose them I'm afraid :)
 
Kinda thought that but thanks. JUst discovered my Morrison wholemeal bread from 800g loaf Is 62g for 2 slices wohoo
 
I always used to buy the 400g loafs & have the 2 allowed slices, but soon realised that I can have any WM bread, so buy the 800g loaf & syn if its over the 60g.......I do like an nice egg & salad cream sandwich!
 
Drat!

Have been having the laughing cow triangles and cos I don't eat them all in one day I thought I could save some for the next day - was feeling all smug as I got double the next day LOL!

Useful to know about the bread though - I hunted and found a 400g loaf especially - not something we have in a house with 4 kids usually!
