Would someone be kind enough to check I've calculated these syns correctly?

1 pack x lean minced beef (free)
2-3 beef oxo cubes (free)
Dash of gravy browning (free)
1-1.5 pints water
1 tbsp cornflour (3.5 syns)
Salt & Pepper to taste (free)

Someone tell me if I'm wrong but I think it's free if you drain all the fat out x

No it's not free if you drain the fat off - lean mince is half a syn per 28g on red and EE.
