savoy cabbage

I used mine in bubble and squeak cakes, cooked the cabbage and some leek and added to mashed potato. Added some parsley and seasoning and made into patties which I then fried in fry light and served with a fried egg.

I am having some stir fry today, so will put a bit in as well. The squeak cakes sound good too, so will have to try this. Would the leeks and cabbage count as the 1/3 of veg then?
I have never steamed vegs, but might try this as well if I like the taste later today.
