Hi all,

Just a quicky: I've never been much of a water drinker so I've been adding some SB to my water. Thing is I used to drink orange cordial VERY strong so I've been adding two teaspoons of SB to my 75ml bottle :eek: I love it! I'm worried it's affecting my weight loss though as it's been very up and down this week and I started using it this week.

Should I cut down?

Hi Ems, its 1 teasponn a day that is recommended for the flavourings, try cutting down a bit, and if you add it to sparkling water its yummy x
