Well, I'm a newbie! Just completed my first fast day! Legs were very shakey at times but I did it. Roll on tomorrow!

All your success stories on here have inspired me to do this!

Update, enjoyed feast day a bit too much! Need to start eating better. Did a shop this evening so feel better organised now.
Planning 2nd fast day Friday.
 
Day 2 fast here. Have to admit feasted on my two UDs so probably undid all the good work of first fast day but ready to go again today
 
Planning the week ahead, 2 fd on tue and sat!
Fairly controlled UD days at the moment
Fingers crossed scales will be kind
 
Planing on fri morn. While started last tue - my UDs have been v generous up days so need to sort that,
Today's fast day has been the easiest do far ( third one).
 
I record my weight after my 3rd DD of the week. I fast Mon/Wed/Fri and so weigh in Sat morning. You'll find the fast days much easier as you go along.
 
Subscribing if that's ok :) I'm a newbie too, started on Saturday so my first WI is this Saturday coming. I'm planning on having 2/3 DD a week depending on plans but one of them will nearly always be Friday. I'm struggling with eating enough on my UD, my calories have been quite low.
