Hiya, does anyone know the value for the creamy chicken and basil linguine packet sauce.

For all packets sauces, use the 1 syn for every 20 cals rule. Also, don't forget the syns for added milk or butter etc and remember to divide the total by the number of servings you get from it.
 
Just googled it and it looks like it'd be 16.5 syns per 100g (dried ingredients) -the pack is only 35g so I recon you can round it up to 6 syns for the dried mix + 5 syns for the milk = 11.

If there's 4 of you sharing, that'd be less than 3 syns each.

If it is being shared between 2/3/4, you can always use a proportion of your HEa allowance for your share (you'd just have to do the math as to how much of the 330ml milk in the recipe would be 'your's'. However, I personally don't think 3 syns is OTT for a creamy sounding sauce.

I didn't forget the parmesan - I personally wouldn't add any as I think it smells to much of puke but if you're one of the ones who likes it, don't forget it's syns :D
