Scone syns

How many syns in a fruit scone clotted cream and a bit of jam I am sat in dog training and some nasty person has brought some in lol and I don't think I have the will power to leave them

I've just looked can't find anything to spefic
Sainsburys scone n clotted cream 13.5 that's excluding jam which is usually 2.5 per serving .. These are estimates not 100% true!

Haha thanks hun, yes to late but........ i never gave in she brough some special k bars too so had one of them how good am I... and yes we do acctually do some dog training too lol

Well done.. I'm AWFUL for giving into temptation or creating temptation!!!
I went to cinema and had planned all week my treat would be nandos after the film . When we got there I had pick a mix a 'diet' drink and nandos !!! No hope for me! Lol
