Hi all, I'm new on here and have been doing SW at home for nearly 4 weeks now!! Doing well but I could murder a scone from my local garden centre with a nice cuppa tea!! Anyone got any ideas of what a homemade scone (they aren't tiny) would be please so I can have my fix & move on

Me too. Saw someone at work today with one smothered in butter and jam. Could have taken it out from under him lol

50g is 8 syns without your butter jam etc
Best to weigh it as some scones are twice the size of others

Ha ha Sababs,, forgot the butter & jam, lol!!! It'll prob work out all my syns for the week!! Maybe it'll have to be an alpen light then :-( as I'm sure my local garden centre ones are like dustbin lids & wouldn't b same without butter & jam!!! Thanks for posting,, think I've just talked myself out of it!!
