Scrumpy Chicken Soup? Hope that's chicken cooked in cider

ladyfelsham aka Susie is having Scrumpy Chicken soup + crackers for lunch today. Told her if it's a small amount of shredded chicken lightly poached in a pint of Scrumpy Rough Cider, it has my name on it ! She posts some lovely recipies. Like the sound of this one. I am hoping she didn't just mean Scrummy, although I am sure it will be

LOL that could be just the thing to warm me up, it's so cold at work today!

I've just checked and it does in fact have a "glug" of cider in it. Not my recipe, it's from Covent Garden

Later - all eaten and tasted very nice but gosh I am majorly thirsty now, must have had loads of salt in it!
